The chicken breast cut into small pieces is boiled in 2l of water. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and cut the potatoes into small cubes. When the meat is half cooked, add the vegetables and cook for about 15 minutes.

We put the oil, we match the taste with salt, tarragon and we add the dumplings prepared as follows: we mix eggs with semolina and a pinch of salt, taking care to obtain a suitable composition as consistency; with a teaspoon pour a little into the hot soup, letting it boil for another 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
