Pear cake

For Cooking Men's Week.

Fast and delicious.

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g old powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • vanilla essence
  • 3-4 pears
  • chocolate chips

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pear cake:

Grease a heat-resistant dish with a little butter. Rub the butter at room temperature with eggs, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Add flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Add the essence and mix well.

Pour the composition into the heat-resistant dish. Place slices of pears on top, then sprinkle the chocolate chips.

Put in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Do the test with the toothpick.
