Pasta with mushrooms in sour cream sauce


For those who love pasta, it is an easy recipe to make, in a short time and with a very tasty finish.
Ingredient:
500 gr pleurotus mushrooms or mushrooms
400 gr wide cut
2 green onion threads
4-5 cloves of garlic
200 gr sour cream
200 gr milk
1 tablespoon starch or wheat flour
salt, pepper, olive oil

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the bag.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Wash the mushrooms, cut them into strips and put them in the pan over the onion and garlic.


Let it cook well until the water left decreases, add salt.

Separately mix the starch with the cream and milk and add to the mushrooms. Let it simmer for a few more minutes, stirring constantly.

Drain the pasta and serve with the mushroom sauce. Sprinkle cheese (preferably Parmesan) on top.

Quick pasta recipe with fasting mushrooms

During fasting periods, eating something tasty and healthy becomes a real challenge for everyone! However, here's how to prepare the best meatless pasta recipe! An alternative to eat well and to respect fasting days are pasta with mushrooms. This type of pasta is a filling and nutritious food. In addition, they are easy to prepare. To prepare this dish does not need to use many ingredients and sophisticated. Here are the ingredients you need:

Ingredient:

  • 1 bag of eggless pasta
  • 500 g of mushrooms
  • 2 small onions
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 1 bunch of green parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • salt
  • pepper to taste
  • oil


Preparation:

The preparation was done at Multicooker (with the above quantities you reach 4 to 5l in the tub - about 10 medium to large portions).

1. Frying program (Fry) - 15min:
First, prepare the pre-seasoned chicken with very little oil. Stir for a few minutes, and finally take it out in a bowl.
Meanwhile (or even before), prepare all the ingredients, grate the cheese, cut the onion and mushrooms.

2. Frying program (Fry) - 15min:
Saute the onion in a little oil for 10 minutes, and when it is transparent, add the sliced ​​mushrooms and the chopped garlic. After the mushrooms leave the water and the contents come to a boil, we change the program.

3. Boil program - 45min:
Add the pasta and cream for cooking. Stir. If necessary, add more water (a large glass) - it can be filled along the way. The pasta will draw water, but it will also boil from the steam - they should not be covered with liquid.
We like to see if the pasta is the way we want it (if so, we can interrupt the program earlier) and add more salt if necessary. Add the already prepared chicken breast.

4. After completing program 3, add the grated cheese and fresh parsley and mix.
It can be served after 10 minutes - enough to melt the cheese and combine the flavors.

You can add extra parsley, paprika or spicy spices to taste on the plate.
