Dessert fluffy cake with cherries and cherries

I dug out the cherries and let them drain, I also dug out the cherries.

I separated the egg whites from the yolks, I mixed the yolks together with the oil and the vanilla essence well. I mixed the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they became a hard foam, then I added the sugar and I continued to mix until I obtained a firm meringue. I incorporated the yolk mixture into the meringue, I mixed at low speed, then I incorporated the flour with slow movements from bottom to top.

I lined the tray with baking paper, I poured the mixture into the tray, I leveled, then I placed the cherries and cherries as it came to my hand, meaning alandala .... :)))))

I put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C; it is ready when it passes the toothpick test and browns nicely on top. I took the tray out of the oven, let the cake cool, then portioned it.
