I propose this simple and delicious recipe, excellent for weight loss programs because it respects a simple principle: do not combine pasta with meat or dairy products. Although I love the combination of pasta with meat ... I avoid doing it as much as I can because I noticed from my diet that if a few food principles are followed as a basic rule, you can lose weight without strict diets.

  • a handful of pasta, Penne Rigata de la Barilla I put,
  • half a big carrot, half a zucchini zucchini,
  • 2-3 mushrooms (I put rehydrated Chinese spices if you can't find them in Romania, put pleurotus or mushrooms, yellow any but more fragrant than mushrooms),
  • a tablespoon of olive oil,
  • a ginger knife tip,
  • a little salt,
  • pepper,
  • a little basil at the end (if you like)

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Vegetable pasta:

Preparation: heat the oil and add in the first stage the carrot cut into squares and mushrooms (rehydrated if necessary or fresh as you have at hand), leave on low heat and cover for about 5-6 minutes and then add tzuchinni cut in half rounds , codiment a little without salt and cover and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes. In 7 maximum 9 minutes the vegetables are sufficiently made and remain al dente and retain their flavor, the time differs depending on the appliance on which you cook the gas goes a little faster and also depends on the dish, the wok accelerates the cooking a little. When the vegetables are ready, add salt and add the cooked pasta and rinse with cold water then, and season with salt and basil.

They are served just as well and hot and cold, I put a few dried herbs to season the salads, I like the combination.


Pasta with broccoli

We can't say for sure whether pasta makes broccoli better or vice versa. What is certain is that everything turned out well, tasty good. For vegetarians: if you put parmesan without rennet, you have a vegetarian dish. For vegans: if you don't put parmesan and use eggless pasta, you have a dish that is only good for you. Good luck!

Pour the vegetable soup over them, mix very well and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the soup drops and the pasta is cooked. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Spaghetti with mushrooms

Ingredient: 160 g spaghetti, 160 g sliced ​​mushrooms, 2 cloves garlic sauce: 100 g grated Parmesan, 100 ml liquid cream, two egg yolks, salt and pepper.

Preparation: boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Saute the mushrooms and garlic in a little oil for 8 minutes. Prepare the sauce by simply adding the ingredients in a food processor and mix until a creamy, homogeneous mixture is obtained. Drain the pasta, add it over the mushrooms. Pour the sauce and mix everything.

Fossils with pumpkins

Ingredient: 250 g pasta (fussili), 4 small pumpkins, an onion, a box of cooking cream, a clove of garlic, chopped hot peppers, half a teaspoon of sugar, two teaspoons olive oil, salt, pepper 50 g grated Parmesan basil for decoration

Preparation: Boil the pasta in salted water. Separately, peel the zucchini, then grate them. Chop the onion and garlic and add to a pan with a little oil, along with the pumpkin. Keep on the fire until the zucchini is soft, then add the cream and the rest of the ingredients. Bring to the boil for about 10 minutes, stirring often. Add the sauce over the pasta, Parmesan cheese and serve hot with basil.

PASTA WITH RATATOUILLE VEGETABLES - What is a "ratatouille"?

Easter? With vegetables? Pasta with ratatouille vegetables? Yes yes, of course yes! And I explain everything you need to know about our recipe today. Ratatouille, a famous dish of French cuisine, became even more famous with the Ratatouille cartoons, animated by the cute chef-rodent. What is Ratatouille? It is a stew of vegetables cut into larger pieces.

In the gastronomic dictionary Larousse writes that “the Puritans claim that each vegetable used in ratatouille must be cooked separately, then the vegetables are cooked together, until they have a fine and creamy consistency. Thus, each vegetable will really have its own taste ". In reality, from my own experiments, I prefer to cook all the vegetables together and really make the flavors of the vegetables and herbs real. And in our version today - Easter with ratatouille vegetables, we really have an explosion of flavors and textures.

PASTA WITH RATATOUILLE VEGETABLES - Everything you need to know about the recipe

It is a preparation in which only one pan is used: heat the vegetables one by one, add spices and then boil the pasta in the resulting sauce. The fact that we boil pasta together with vegetables helps us to have a delicious and very creamy sauce, thanks to the starch on the pasta.

In terms of pasta, I chose Penne Integrale from 100% durum wheat from Paste Baneasa. Wholemeal pasta has a higher protein index and a lower glycemic index, is easily digested, is very nutritious. In addition, they keep their shape very well when cooked, they remain al dente, they are delicious and have a unique, slightly smoky taste.

Ingredients for 4 servings Pasta with Ratatouille vegetables

  • 300g whole feathers 100% durum wheat 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • a white onion cut into larger cubes
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • a diced zucchini
  • a small egg, cut into cubes
  • a red bell pepper
  • a yellow bell pepper
  • 300g tomato pulp or shredded canned tomatoes (including juice)
  • 400ml water
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons herbs from Provence
  • salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet, sauté the onion, pepper and garlic in the olive oil until the onion becomes translucent.

Put the zucchini and eggplant, heat them together over high heat, until they have a nice crust.

Add the rest of the ingredients: pasta, tomatoes with canned juice, water, spices, vinegar. Boil everything over medium heat, 13-15 minutes or until pasta is made to our taste (al dente or better cooked) and we have a creamy sauce, well bound.

Some absolutely superb pasta came out, and the Baneasa wholemeal feathers did an excellent job, they remained al dente although they boiled in the sauce and made the sauce creamy and delicious. A fasting recipe that I highly recommend! May you be the best!


PASTA WITH VEGETABLES (ready in 15 minutes)

The guy at work called me today to come to dinner with an Italian colleague and then go to Bologna together. And since it's about 10-15 minutes to get home, I had to prepare something quick, tasty and filling. I could make an omelet with salad, but I wanted something else. And pasta is the Italian's daily meal, so I looked in the fridge and saw that my box was full of vegetables, so I set to work.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PORTIONS OF VEGETABLE PASTA

-paste of any kind and shape & ndash 500 g
-2-3 tablespoons olive oil
-1 clove of garlic
-a few slices of hot pepper
-green parsley
-salt pepper
-300- 400 g of vegetables that you have in the fridge, fresh or frozen

I used now:
& ndash 1 small zucchini
-a half red bell pepper
-2 asparagus threads
-5 cherry tomatoes
-1 artichoke that was awkward in the fridge
& ndash a green onion
-green parsley

How to prepare pasta recipe with vegetables?

The pasta is boiled in salted water (after boiling) and boiled according to the instructions on the package & ndash generally about 8 minutes from the moment they boil.
Vegetables are cleaned, washed, cut into small pieces. Put 2-3 tablespoons of hot oil in a pan and add the crushed garlic and sliced ​​hot pepper. When the garlic is browned, remove and discard (otherwise it becomes bitter), add the vegetables, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Keep on high heat for 4-5 minutes, shaking the pan or stirring gently so that the vegetables penetrate evenly. In this way the vegetables remain all-dente. Turn off the heat and add the finely chopped green parsley.
Drain the pasta and mix lightly with the vegetables.

Tip: For a special taste, put a little raw olive oil on top when serving. (I don't think I need to tell you the benefits of olive oil either.)
You can use frozen vegetables (there are different mixtures), which are much better and healthier than the vegetables that are on the market in winter, because they are frozen in their season. I buy frozen vegetables (less broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini & ndash because they soften too much when thawed) and when I need them I take exactly as much as I need. And frozen peas, mushrooms or green beans are much better than canned ones, because they have no salt or preservatives.
The boys quickly enjoyed the pasta, they also attacked the Kinder slice of milk cake that I had just filled (what else to wait for the cream to harden well). So I quickly fed 2 vlajgani, with something tasty, healthy, full and colorful & # 128578
