Method of preparation:

Crust:

In a large bowl put flour, salt and powdered sugar. Stir with a spoon. Add the butter and incorporate it into the flour mixture only with your fingers. In the end we have to get a mixture with a sandy texture. Mix the egg yolk with the 3 tablespoons of water and then incorporate it into the previously obtained mix. Mix the dough well until you get a compact paste. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Filling:

We wash the apples, peel them and peel them. Cut the apples into small cubes. Add the apples to a pan. Add butter, cinnamon and sugar. Let them simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Take the dough out of the fridge. Sprinkle the flour on the work table and then with a rolling pin spread the dough carefully. We cover the tart form with the spread dough.

Add the apple filling over the dough and distribute it evenly.

In a bowl beat an egg with sour cream.

Put the egg and cream mixture over the filling.

Cut the 5 apples into suitable strips. Put them in a bowl and mix them with lemon juice. Decorate the surface of the tart with apple strips.

Grease the apples with apricot jam.

Bake the tart for 45-50 minutes at 200 degrees C (I used an electric oven). The edges should be nicely browned.

Serve as such or with whipped cream.
