To be honest, I never eat this type of meat but over the years there have been so many people who have asked me for a recipe to prepare it, that I finally gave up and today I am publishing the recipe from my house. Method

How to make baked lamb

First, marinate the lamb by putting it in a bowl with rosemary, sage, peppercorns and white wine.
Leave the meat in the marinade for half an hour.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks and gradually soak them in water to remove the starch.
Then drain and pat them to dry.

After the marinating time has elapsed, transfer the lamb to an oiled pan and salt the meat. Then add the potatoes making sure they are not superimposed on the meat and cover with a drizzle of oil.
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes, turning halfway through cooking and on the grill for another 5 minutes.
