The idea of preparing this tiramisu ice cream came to my mind looking at a package of mascarpone to be consumed and half a packet of ladyfingers opened, I put everything in the ice cream maker, I added cream, coffee and a sprinkling of bitter cocoa and voila 'here is recipe this Monday. The ice cream came creamy, thick and with a flavor reminiscent of tiramisu! This morning I'm taking it very easy, I don't have to go to the office, I have no errands to do, no commitments with anyone, and the suitcase for tomorrow is ready, ah what a nice thing to be on vacation! How to make tiramisu ice cream
Prepare the coffee, then pour it into a glass, add the sugar and stir until it is dissolved. Put in the fridge and let it cool.
Put the mascarpone, the sweetened coffee, the cream and the milk in a bowl, all cold from the fridge and whip.
Whip until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Pour everything into the ice cream maker and let it go as scheduled. For those with Vel 1 Kitchen aid for 10 minutes.
Cut the ladyfingers into small pieces.
When the ice cream has thickened, add the ladyfingers.
Stir the tiramisu ice cream for another minute.
Then serve the ice cream in bowls sprinkling everything with the bitter cocoa.
