Hello everyone, the recipe of the day is: fettuccine with courgette pesto and burrata a fabulous combination of flavors. The recipe I got from the modern kitchen magazine if I'm not mistaken and I liked it a lot so here it is. Before saying goodbye I wanted to thank you for yesterday, you were really very dear to leave me the best wishes for my husband who did not have time to connect but who was very happy to know that you had a thought for him too. Now I leave you and I try to make this day take a turn since from this morning I'm just going back and forth without getting anything done;)

Method

How to make Fettuccine with zucchini and burrata

Chop half the julienne courgettes and blend them together with the burrata, basil and parmesan

Slice the other courgettes into slices and brown them in a pan with a drizzle of oil

After 5 minutes, add the zucchini flowers and add salt.

Cook the fettuccine in abundant salted water, drain when al dente and pour into the pan with the sauce

Add the zucchini and burrata cream, the pine nuts previously toasted in a pan and mix everything well


Serve the Fettuccine with zucchini and burrata
