The gnocchi with 4 cheeses they are a dish that is as quick to make as it is tasty. The cheeses that I have chosen to use in this recipe to dress the gnocchi are: sweet gorgonzola, asiago, emmental and scamorza which together form a perfect balance for my palate. How to make 4 cheese gnocchi
Cut the Gorgonzola, Emmental, Asiago and Scamorza cheese into small pieces. Heat the fresh cream in a saucepan, then add all the cheeses and cook over low heat for about ten minutes, stirring to melt the cheeses.
Cook the gnocchi in a pot with plenty of salted water; they will be ready as soon as they rise to the surface
Drain them with the help of a slotted spoon, pour them gradually into the pan with the 4 cheese cream.
Gently mix with a wooden spoon.
Serve your 4 cheese gnocchi immediately by adding freshly ground black pepper.
