After trying the lentil pasta recipe, here I am again to test an alternative type of pasta: pea pasta. Gluten-free, without contamination and with organic peas, this pasta has a nice flavor that can easily be combined with other vegetables. I dressed it with sautéed broccoli, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts and I brought to the table a healthy, genuine and very tasty first course.
