The classic turkey roll that I prepare at my home is stuffed with ham and cheese, but as you well know, I don't like to eat the same things all the time so I made a variant with a spinach, omelette and cooked ham filling. Once served for dinner, Ivano turned up his nose when he saw "the vegetables" and my mom when she saw the omelette, which for her is only welcome in the middle of a sandwich. How to make turkey roll with spinach
Steam the spinach for 5/7 minutesBeat the eggs in a bowl with salt, pepper and Parmesan
Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan sprinkled with a drizzle of oil and cook the omelette on both sides
Beat the turkey slice on a cutting board to thin it as much as possible
Then cover with the spinach, the omelette and the ham
Roll up putting the joint part underneath
Place the turkey ritolo in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, add a flake of oil, salt and pepper and cook at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
