Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and salt. Separately mix the mascarpone cream with sour cream, egg yolks and a tablespoon of vinegar. Then pour the whole composition over the flour, add a little pepper and knead a dough. When it has become elastic and no longer sticks to hands, cover it with cling film and refrigerate for an hour, during which time we prepare the filling.

We cut the chicken breast into cubes and season it.

We cut the carrot and onion into rounds.

In a saucepan put a little oil and fry the onion and carrots. Then add the chicken breast. Let it brown a little. Add a little water and let it boil until all the liquid decreases. Let the mixture cool.

Mix eggs, add sour cream and then flour.

We put the cheese on the grater with large meshes.

In the egg composition, we put the cheese, the chilled chicken breast, the greens.

Remove the dough from the fridge and spread a sheet that we put in the pan greased with butter and lined with flour. We keep a little dough for the shapes above.

I love this dough, it works so easily.

Put the filling on the sheet.

From the remaining dough, I cut some "ruffles" and I knitted some strips with the slices of ham.

Grease the top with egg yolk mixed with milk.

Bake for about 40 minutes. Check when the tart sheet is baked.

The filling may be softer, but it is because of the cheese. It will coagulate after it cools.

Preferably consumed cold.
