Sports and energy drinks are functional soft drinks, recommended for their specific benefits.

Returning to responsible consumption, it is not caffeine itself that is addictive, but the frequency of consumption and the amount ingested, and this is related to a balanced lifestyle.

Both nutritionists and representatives of soft drink manufacturers recommend keeping this information in mind, approaching a balanced diet, combined with constant physical activity, an attitude that allows the consumption of any of these categories of soft drinks regularly.
